The NABARD Grade A Mains Examination consists of two papers. Paper I is a descriptive test on General English and Paper II will be multiple-choice-based questions. The Paper-1 is same for all three posts RDBS, Rajbhasha, and Legal Service, but Paper-2 is different according to the stream.

Candidates who will qualify for the NABARD Grade A Mains Exam 2023 will appear for the NABARD Grade A Interview round. The calling ratio to qualify for the main examination and interview is a maximum of
1:25 and 1:3, respectively. The NABARD Grade A Interview 2023 will be held for 50 marks and will be held in bilingual mode- English and Hindi.
