CGPSC Mains Exam Schedule 2023: The CGPSC (Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission) Mains exam for this year is an important and highly anticipated examination for candidates aspiring to join the state civil services in Chhattisgarh. The exam is scheduled to take place on the 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th of June 2023, spanning over four consecutive days. CGPSC Exam Date 2023

The CGPSC State Services Examination or CGPSC SSE Prelims is scheduled to be conducted on 12th February 2023. The Commission has also released the CGPSC Admit Card 2023 for the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission(CGPSC) preliminary examination on February 01, 2023. Earlier, CGPSC released CGPSC SSE Notification 2023 for the recruitment of the State Service. As per the CGPSC SSE Notification, eligible candidates can apply from December 01, 2022, to December 20, 2022.

CGPSC Exam Date 2023 shifts and Timing

The CGPSC PCS Prelims exam will be conducted in 28 districts on 12 February 2023. The CGPSC paper will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Important Instruction: The CGPSC has instructed the candidates to reach the examination center one hour before the exam and complete all the formalities so candidates do not get late for the paper.

CGPSC Exam Pattern 2023

CGPSC Examination Pattern: There will be two papers in the CGPSC Prelims Exam. The first paper will be of General Studies and the second paper will be of Aptitude Test. Both the papers will be of 200 marks and 100 questions will be asked in both. Two hours will be given to write the CGPSC exam i.e. the duration of the paper will be of two hours. Along with this, there is also negative marking in it. For wrong answer, one-third of the marks of the candidate will be deducted.
