UTET Syllabus 2024 And New Exam Pattern Paper 1 & 2

The Uttarakhand Board of School Education has released the UTET Syllabus 2024, which is divided into two papers: Paper I and Paper II. UTET Syllabus 2024

The Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) has outlined the UTET 2024 exam structure. Candidates are required to take Paper I to qualify for teaching classes 1 to 5 and Paper II for teaching classes 6 to 8. For more details, see the table below. The UTET Syllabus 2024, provided by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education, includes two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is intended for primary level teaching (Classes I to V) and covers subjects such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Paper II, for upper primary level teaching (Classes VI to VIII), encompasses Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, and specialized subjects such as Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Science, depending on the specific teaching position. Candidates should concentrate their preparation on these topics and the exam pattern to ensure a thorough and effective study plan.

UTET Exam Pattern

The UTET Exam 2024 will be administered by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education. To excel in the exam, candidates should become well-acquainted with the UTET Exam Pattern 2024, which is detailed in the table below. Both Paper-I and Paper-II will consist of 150 questions each, to be completed in 150 minutes. Each correct answer is worth 1 mark, with no penalties for incorrect answers. Note: A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).

Awareness of basic environmental elements such as air, water, forests, deserts, pollution, and energy resources is crucial for grasping the complexities of our environment. Familiarity with flora and fauna, as well as the impact of pollution on the environment, helps in understanding the delicate balance of nature. Additionally, knowledge about transport and communication, professions, matter and energy, clothes and habitats, and family dynamics provides a holistic view of daily life. Our culture and civilization, public places, and institutions play significant roles in shaping our society. Environment pedagogy, which integrates concepts from science and social science, highlights the importance of environmental studies and education. It involves understanding the scope and significance of environmental elements and employing effective learning principles and approaches to present these concepts comprehensively.
