Educational Qualification:

For Paper-I (Primary Teachers): A minimum of 50% marks in Senior Secondary (Class 12) with a Teacher Eligibility Certificate (TC) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized university.
For Paper-II (Elementary Teachers): A minimum of 50% marks in graduation (any stream) with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized university.

UTET 2024 Exam Date

The UTET Exam 2024 is scheduled for 26 October 2024. Both Paper I and Paper II will be held on the same day. UTET Paper I will take place in Shift I from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while UTET Paper II will be conducted in Shift II from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. On the exam day, candidates must bring all required documents along with their UTET Admit Card 2024.

UTET 2024 Exam Pattern

All questions in UTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct as per the UTET Notification 2024. UTET 2024 Certificate Validity

The validity period of the UTET qualifying certificate is a lifetime. There is no restriction on the number of attempts, a person can take for acquiring an Uttarakhand TET Certificate. A person who has qualified for UTET may also appear again to improve his/her score.

UTET Selection Process

There is no minimum qualifying marks for UTET. However, passing scores are determined based on the category-wise merit list and the number of vacancies available. The selection process strictly adheres to the reservation policy of the Uttarakhand government.
