Teaching Job without CTET Exam
One such national-level qualification/ certificate is the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). It is necessary to qualify for becoming eligible for various Govt. and Private Teaching jobs. However, there are various teaching jobs and posts in the schools that do not require any CTET certificate. Teaching Opportunities at DSSSB
DSSSB or Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board conducts examinations of the departments of the Govt. Of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The main object of this body is to recruit suitable candidates for various Teaching and Non- Teaching posts. Previosuly, DSSSB has released more than 13000 teaching and non teaching vacancies i.e. Trained Graduate Teachers, Assistant Teachers and other posts. Teaching Opportunities at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan or KVS is a central-based managing body of Kendriya Vidyalayas. The KVS is an autonomous body functioning under the Union HRD Ministry’s jurisdiction. KVs are affiliated with the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE). For most of the teaching posts for KVS, candidates are required to obtain a CTET certificate. CTET Mandatory or Not?
There is a misconception that without a CTET certificate candidates cannot apply for any government teaching job. However, this is not true.
