To clear the Super TET exam, you need to meet the minimum passing marks requirement:

1. Score the minimum qualifying marks
   • General Category: At least 60 out of 150 marks (40%)
   • SC/ST/OBC/PwD: At least 49.5 out of 150 marks (33%)
2. Get a good rank in the final merit list

Passing the minimum cut-off is not enough. Your final selection is based on a merit score prepared by UPESSC.

The final merit score is calculated as follows:

• 40% weightage comes from your academic qualifications, including High School, Intermediate, Graduation, and D.El.Ed/B.Ed.
• 60% weightage comes from your Super TET exam score.
