The provisional answer keys and scanned images of OMR answer sheets attempted by candidates are now available on the official portal. KVS NVS Tier 2 Answer Key 2026 Objection Process

If candidates find discrepancies in the Tier 2 provisional answer key, they can raise objections online. Here is the step-by-step objection process (based on the Tier 1 procedure):

• Visit the official website of KVS NVS or CBSE. Look for the “Link for download Answer Key” on the homepage and click on it.
• Enter your login details, including Registration Number and Password. After logging in, select the “Objection” option, choose the question you want to challenge, enter the reason for your objection, and upload any supporting documents if required.
• Pay the ₹1,000 objection fee for each question you challenge. Once payment is completed, check the status of your challenge and make sure it’s successfully submitted. Save or download the confirmation receipt for future reference.

How to Calculate Scores Using the KVS NVS Tier 2 Answer Key 2026

Candidates can estimate their objective section score using the KVS NVS Tier 2 marking scheme. The objective section awards +1 mark per correct answer, with -0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer (negative marking applies only to the objective section). The descriptive section carries 10 questions × 4 marks each = 40 marks, which will be evaluated separately by examiners and cannot be self-calculated using the answer key.
