The EMRS selection process held in 2 parts :
- Written Exam

EMRS Written Exam Pattern
The EMRS Recruitment examination pattern and Syllabus for various teaching posts i.e. Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs, and TGTs will helps candidate for better preparation. 1. EMRS 2021 Exam Schedule
The EMRS Recruitment exam will be held in 2 shifts. All the candidates will be going to be distributed equally into two sessions randomly. In the event of more number of days or less number of shifts, the candidates will be divided accordingly.

2. Preparation of EMRS Results of Written Exam
The examination results for each session would be prepared in the form of
- Raw Scores
- Percentiles Scores of Total raw scores.
The Percentiles would be calculated for each candidate in the Session as follows :

3. Compilation of NTA Written Exam Score of All Shift
The Percentile scores for the Total Raw Score for all the sessions (Session – 1 : Day – 1 Shift – 1, Session – 2 : Day – 1 Shift – 2) as calculated in Step – 2 above would be merged and shall be called the NTA scores which will then be used for compilation of result and further processing for deciding the allocation. In the events of the percentiles for the multi – shifts being dissimilar / unequal, the lowest will be the eligibility cut – off for that category for all candidates (i.e. all shifts).
EMRS Merit List:
On the basis of computer-based test marks, NTA will prepare the merit list: State-wise, Post-wise and Category-wise and will submit the same to NESTS, Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA). NESTS, Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) will share the list of shortlisted candidates with the concerned States/UTs EMRS Society.
