Guidelines for Bihar BEd Counselling Process 2025

1. Mandatory Registration: Only qualified candidates can apply for counselling.
2. College Selection Rules: Select at least 3 colleges (can be from one or multiple universities) and Maximum 9 colleges can be selected.
3. Reservation Policy: Reservation rosters apply only to Government & Constituent Colleges. 50% seats in Minority Colleges are reserved for minority candidates (Muslim/Christian).
4. Minority Applicants: Must select at least 1 minority college from any university.
5. No Refund Policy: Once the ₹3,000 seat confirmation fee is paid, it will not be refunded.
6. One-Time Allotment: If a candidate is allotted a college, they will not be considered for further counselling rounds.
