For General and OBC category candidates appearing for HTET Exam 2025, the minimum qualifying marks required are 90 out of 150, which equates to 60%. Candidates from backward categories within Haryana, including SC and PH, need a minimum of 82 marks out of 150, or 55%, to qualify. These minimum scores set a benchmark for eligibility, varying by category to ensure fair consideration for all applicants.

  • For General/OBC Category candidates having a minimum of 90 marks out of 150 i.e 60% marks
  • Backward categories(SC/PH) of Haryana states have minimum marks 82 marks out of 150 i.e 55%

HTET 2025 Levels

HTET 2025 exam will be going to conduct at 3 levels based on teaching posts- Level I, Level II and Level III.
