For SBI Clerk 2026, regular Junior Associate vacancies have not been notified in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The number of vacancies is determined by SBI based on the staffing needs of each circle, taking factors such as employee strength, retirements, transfers, and promotions into account.
As a result, vacancies may not be available for every state or UT in each recruitment cycle. Candidates belonging to these regions may consider applying for a different State or Union Territory, provided they meet the prescribed eligibility and local language requirements. Before making a choice, applicants should carefully review the available vacancies, language criteria, and previous years’ cut-off trends.
