The UGC NET Commerce exam is conducted twice a year by NTA in the months of June and December. UGC NET Commerce exam is conducted in online mode and consists of objective-type questions. UGC NET Commerce Qualification

Candidates who qualify UGC NET Commerce Exam are eligible for the post of Assistant Professor in Commerce in Indian universities and colleges. The UGC NET Commerce exam tests the candidate’s knowledge in various areas such as accounting, finance, taxation, economics, and management.

Candidate should fulfil the detailed Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET Commerce Exam which has been explained below :

  • Master’s degree in Commerce (M.COM) with at least 55% aggregate marks can apply for the exam.
  • There is a relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC (Non Creamy Layer ) candidate
  • The students who are pursuing M.COM and are in final year can also apply for the UGC NET exam.
