RPSC has once again revised the Senior Teacher Grade 2 vacancy through a fresh corrigendum. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer, issued Shuddhi Patra number 11/2026-27 on 4 July 2026, revising the subject-wise vacancy for Senior Teacher Grade 2 recruitment. This is the second major revision after the corrigendum dated 25 June 2026, and candidates must check the latest subject-wise numbers before the exam.

RPSC had released the original advertisement number 07/2025-26 on 17 July 2025 for 6,500 posts of Senior Teacher Grade 2 under the Secondary Education Department. Earlier, a corrigendum dated 25 June 2026 had increased this figure to 10,537 posts. Now, the fresh corrigendum dated 4 July 2026 has revised the total vacancy to 9,651 posts, applying Rule 24(1) of the Rajasthan Education (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2021, which allows an increase of up to 50 percent in posts.

Why RPSC Revised 2nd Grade Vacancy Again

RPSC has revised the vacancy for the second time by applying the provisions of Rule 24(1) of the Rajasthan Education Service Rules, 2021. This rule permits the Commission to increase the originally advertised posts by up to 50 percent. The Commission has referred to all previous corrigenda, including those dated 14 August 2025, 6 March 2026, and 25 June 2026, before notifying the latest subject-wise numbers.
