Rajasthan SET Eligibility Criteria 2026
The candidates who are applying for the Rajasthan SET Exam 2026 must go through the Rajasthan SET Eligibility Criteria to ensure they are eligible for the Exam. In case they do not meet the Rajasthan SET Eligibility Criteria they will face rejection.
- Candidates must have scored at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Master’s Degree and SC/ST/PH/VH candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in their Master’s Degree.
- Those candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination, can apply for this test.
- The Ph.D. degree holders whose Master’s level examination had been completed by 19th September 1991 (irrespective of the date of declaration of result) shall be eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%) for appearing in Rajasthan SET.
- In case the subject of a candidate is not included in the list of Rajasthan SET subjects, the candidate may appear in UGC NET/UGC-CSIR NET which is held twice a year.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST Category will get a relaxation of 5% on the minimum marks required in the Master’s Degree (55% to 50% marks aggregate).
