• Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or applicable PhD qualification.
• Associate Professor: PhD + Master’s with 55% marks, 8 years’ experience, 7 publications, and required research score.
• Professor: PhD + Master’s with 55% marks, 10 years’ teaching/research experience, publications, and required research score.

MPBOU Selection Process 2026

The MPBOU Recruitment 2026 selection process will be based on shortlisting as per the prescribed academic/academic and research score, followed by an interview.

• Shortlisting of Candidates: Candidates will first be shortlisted based on the prescribed Academic Record Score for Assistant Professor posts and Academic & Research Score for Professor and Associate Professor posts
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview will assess the candidate’s suitability for the respective teaching post.
