Assistant Teacher (Class 1 to 5) – Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent from a recognized board and fulfill any one of the following qualifications:

  • 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). or
  • 10+2 with minimum 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002 (2007–09 batch). or
  • 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). or
  • 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). or
  • Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
  • Candidates must also have qualified JTET. Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified CTET or a Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by a neighbouring state are also eligible, provided they qualify JTET within three years of appointment.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Science & Mathematics
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years) in Science/Engineering/Technology with the prescribed subject combination.
