IITM PhD Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Required Minimum Degree: Master Degree in concerned Subject
• Required Minimum Marks: For the general category, a minimum score of 60% or an equivalent grade in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) and Bachelor’s degree. •  IIT Madras PhD HTRA scholars are entitled to an Institute Fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- per month for the initial two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the subsequent three years. Additionally, they are eligible for House Rent Allowance (HRA) in accordance with Government of India norms.
