Haryana Govt. to Release PGT 4476 Vacancies Soon

The Haryana Government has announced that 4476 PGT vacancies will be released soon. The Haryana Government is expected to release the official notification to recruit eligible candidates for PGT Posts in November- December 2022. The Recruitment Exam for the PGT post is expected to be scheduled in February  2023. The Haryana Public Service Commission will conduct the recruitment process for the PGT Posts in Haryana State.

Haryana Govt to release 4476 vacancies newspaper cutting

The PGT Vacancies will be released for 19 subjects such as Maths, physical education, music, political science, economics, geography, fine arts and others. As there are two categories in Haryana as Mewat Category and the Rest of Haryana, therefore, out of 4476 vacancies, 3863 vacancies were released for the Rest of the Haryana Category and 613 vacancies for the Mewat category.

The breakdown of the vacancy number for the Rest of the Haryana category is as follows: 180 posts for commerce, 1633 posts for computer science, 580 posts for arts, 220 posts for history, 250 posts for maths, 80 posts for music, 680 posts for physical education, 240 posts for political science.

Whereas, the Vacancy matrix of the Mewat Category is 60 posts for Biology, 38 for chemistry, 7 posts for commerce, 78 posts for computer science, 7 posts for economics, 73 posts for English, 17 posts for Fine Arts, 1 post for geography, 70 posts for Hindi, 53 posts for history, 1 post for Home science, and so on.

HTET Exam Date 2022

The candidates who wish to apply for these PGT vacancies must keep a keen eye on the latest development and notices released by the Haryana Public Service Commission. The candidates need to prepare for the recruitment written test and interview as well.

HTET Validity

Once the PGT Posts are filled, the government will release TGT vacancies as well. The TGT Recruitment process will be conducted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission as the recruitment process for the TGT posts require only a written test.
