Update: CG Vyapam TGT New Exam Date 2026
CGSSB has issued a fresh notice on the LST26 recruitment exam for teacher posts under the Directorate of Public Instruction. The exam was earlier proposed for 25 October 2026, but the Mandal cancelled that date to comply with the 09 October 2026 order of the Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur, in WPS No. 6783 of 2026.
As per the latest notice, the Mandal will now hold the LST26 exam on 20 December 2026 (Sunday) for all candidates. The notice does not mention the admit card date or the exam timing. Candidates should keep checking vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in and cgssb.cgstate.gov.in for these updates.

CG Vyapam TGT Online Application Reopened for Divyang Candidates
Following the High Court order, the Directorate sent a corrigendum that adds more disability categories for the TGT posts. CGSSB has therefore reopened online applications for Divyang candidates from 15 October 2026. The added categories are:
- Language group (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Social Science): B (Blind) and CP (Cerebral Palsy)
- Maths: BA (Both Arms), ASD (Mild), CP (Cerebral Palsy) and LC (Leprosy Cured)
- Agriculture: CP (Cerebral Palsy) and LC (Leprosy Cured)
Divyang candidates who fall in these categories can apply from 15 October to 30 October 2026 (5:00 PM). The correction window runs from 31 October to 02 November 2026 (5:00 PM). The exam will be held at centres in 16 district headquarters.
