AP DSC Age Limit
The age limit for AP DSC 2025 eligibility is set as a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 44 years as of 1 July 2024. This means candidates must be born between 2 July 1980 and 1 July 2006.

Overall, School Assistant candidates must have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PWD). B.Ed or equivalent training in the subject methodology. AP DSC SGT Eligibility 2025
SGT applicants must have passed Intermediate with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Completed a 2-year D.Ed or D.El.Ed or a 4-year B.Ed. course recognized by NCTE or RCI. TET qualification is mandatory for this post.
AP DSC Eligibility 2025 for Physical Education Teachers (PET)
For PET posts, candidates must have passed Intermediate or an equivalent qualification and should hold a U.G.D.P.Ed, B.P.Ed, or M.P.Ed degree from an institution recognized by NCTE. Possession of a TET qualification is not mandatory.
- Intermediate Certificate (or equivalent) from the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, or equivalent recognized by the Board, or Intermediate (Vocational Course) with a Bridge Course Certificate.
- U.G.D.P.Ed. or B.P.Ed. (Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education) or M.P.Ed., recognized by NCTE.
- No TET required for this post.
AP DSC Special Education Teacher Eligibility
For Special Education posts (TGT/SGT/PET), candidates must possess a relevant subject degree along with a B.Ed in Special Education or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Registration with RCI, including a valid CRR number, is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must have qualified for TET Paper-IIB for TGT posts or TET Paper-IB for SGT posts, depending on the level of the position.
Maximum Attempts to Apply for AP DSC 2025
There is no restriction on the number of attempts for AP DSC 2025. Candidates can apply multiple times as long as they continue to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
