UPTET Result Court Case: Recent Update
The Allahabad High Court is seeking clarification from the UP Government on the UPTET Candidates Plea. Six candidates who appeared in the UPTET 2021-22 Exam have moved to Court challenging the authenticity of the UPTET Question Paper 2021-22. The petitions claim that many questions appeared in the recent exam were a replica of the UPTET Question Paper 2017. Moreover, many questions had wrong answers. The UPTET Result 2022 has released on 8th April 2022 on the official website of UPBEB. As per data, 21,65,179 candidates had registered for this exam, of which, 12,91,627 were for the primary level and 8,73,552 for the upper primary level. Total 4,42,598 candidate qualify UPTET Paper 1 and 2,16,994 qualify UPTET paper 2. A petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court regarding six controversial questions of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2021 by the candidates. In the petition, there has been a demand to give marks to the candidates who give two correct answers to all these questions.
