UGC NET Home Science Paper Exam Analysis 2023

UGC NET Home Science Paper Exam Analysis 2023: NTA has started UGC NET Exam 2023 for December Cycle from 6 December 2023 to 22 December 2023. UGC NET examination will be going held in CBT Mode in 2 shifts i.e. 1st Shift held from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2nd Shift held from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

UGC NET Home Science Paper will be held today i.e. 13 December 2023 in Morning shift. In this article, Candidates who are yet to appear for the UGC NET exam can go through the exam analysis to know about the overall difficulty, topics from which questions are asked in the exam, and others.

UGC NET Home Science Paper 2023 Schedule

The UGC NET Home Science Paper 2023 is being held in two shifts of 3 hours without any break. Thus the candidates will have to attempt the question paper in one go. The shift timing and other information are explained in the following table:

UGC NET Home Science Exam Pattern

The UGC NET Home Science Exam 2023 is an online-based exam i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT). The paper is divided into 2 sections, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper-1 consists of 50 questions and Paper-2 consists of 100 Questions. The UGC Exam pattern consists of two papers- Paper-I and Paper-II. The exam pattern is explained in detail in the following table:

  • Total Questions – 150
  • Total Marks – 300
  • Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions
  • The candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking.
