The Chhattisgarh Karmchari Chayan Mandal (CGSSB), formerly known as Vyapam, has released the CG Vyapam Lecturer Recruitment 2026 notification on behalf of the Lok Shikshan Sanchalanaya, Chhattisgarh. CG Vyapam Lecturer Eligibility Criteria

A candidate needs a second-class master’s degree (or equivalent) in the relevant subject and a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university or institute. The subject groups allowed for each post are given below. Educational qualifications will also be checked as per NCTE notifications and court orders. A Chhattisgarh resident certificate is compulsory. Candidates can apply for only one subject.

How to Apply for CG Vyapam Lecturer Recruitment 2026?

Candidates should keep their scanned photo, signature, and educational documents ready before starting. The photo and signature must be in .jpg/.jpeg format, between 50 KB and 100 KB. Follow these steps to complete the application.

• Visit the official website cgssb.cgstate.gov.in or vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.
• Click on the new profile registration link and fill in your personal details.
• Upload your scanned photograph (light background) and signature. Name the files using letters and numbers only, without spaces or dots.
• Log in to your profile and open the Lecturer LSL26 application form.
• Choose one subject and check that all details from your profile are correct.
• Pay the application fee online.
• Click the “SUBMIT” button after the payment. The form is not complete without this step.

Application Fees

The CG Vyapam Lecturer application fee must be paid online while applying. It differs by category. Residents of Chhattisgarh who appear in the exam will get the fee refunded after the result is declared. The refund goes to the same bank account used for payment.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The CG Vyapam Lecturer age limit is counted as of 1 January 2026. A candidate must be at least 21 years old and below 35 years. The higher age limit is relaxed for reserved categories and some government employees.

The selection will be based on the written exam conducted by CGSSB. The department will verify documents and other conditions after the result. Selected candidates will be appointed as per the Chhattisgarh School Education Service Recruitment and Promotion Rules 2026. The steps are given below.

• Written Exam: A 100-mark objective test conducted by CGSSB.
• Selection List: Prepared on the basis of the written exam result. It stays valid for six months.
• Waiting List: A waiting list of up to 25% of the vacancies will be made for each category. It stays valid for nine months.
• Document Verification: Certificates will be checked by the appointing authority.
• Medical Test: Candidates must be medically fit. Divyang candidates will go through a district medical board test for disability benchmark and work requirements.
• Character Verification: Police verification will be done for selected candidates.
• Probation: Newly appointed Lecturers will be on probation for three years.

The written exam will be held in five divisional headquarters of Chhattisgarh. Each district has a district code and a coordinating centre. Candidates must reach the centre at least two hours before the exam for identity check and frisking. The main gate will close at 9:30 AM.

The written exam for Lecturer posts is an OMR-based objective test conducted by CGSSB. It has 100 multiple-choice questions, and each question carries one mark. CG Vyapam Lecturer Salary

Selected CG Vyapam Lecturers will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-09 of the Chhattisgarh government. This is a Gazetted Class II post. Dearness allowance and other allowances will be paid as per state government orders from time to time. Candidates will work under a three-year probation period at the start.
