TNTET 2022 Notification: Today is the last date to apply for the TNTET Exam 2022 on 26th April 2022. The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) Tamil Nadu has released the official notification for the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test. The interested candidates can submit their application forms from 14th March 2022. The Last Date to Apply for TN TET has been extended to 26th April 2022.  Earlier, the last date of submission was 13th April 2022. The TNTET exam date is yet to be announced by the TRB Tamil Nadu. TNTET 2022 Notification Steps to Apply

The candidates need to follow the below-mentioned instructions to be able successfully to fill up and submit the TNTET online application form 2022. The instruction is easy to understand and easier to follow.

TNTET 2022 Notification Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should carefully go through the TNTET eligibility criteria 2022 to ensure they are eligible for the exam. The candidates who fail to comply with the minimum TNTET eligibility criteria will be disqualified. Thus, the candidates must check out the TNTET eligibility criteria before filling up and submitting their TNTET application form.

Paper Educational Qualification
(I) Minimum Qualifications for TNTET Paper-I (for classes I-V): 1. Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

Or

2. Higher Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

Or

3. Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

Or

4. Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Or

5. Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Or

6. Graduation with atleast 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,)

(II). Minimum Qualifications for TNTET Paper-II (for classes VI-VIII). 1. Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

2. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).

Or

3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations.

Or

4. Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

Or

5. Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc. Ed.

Or

6. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed. (Special Education).

Or

7. Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. the programme, recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET. Moreover, as per existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11.02.2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET.

The candidates must be minimum of 18 years old to be able to apply for the TNTET Exam  2022. There is no upper age limit.

Tamil Nadu TET Application Fees

The candidates must go through the following table to ensure they understand the application fee structure in detail. The candidates belonging to the general category need to pay Rs. 500/- and the candidate belonging to the SC, SCA, ST and Person with Disability category must pay Rs. 250/-.

TNTET 2022 Exam Date

TNTET Exam Date will be issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) Tamil Nadu soon on the official website. TNTET 2022 is a state-level exam which is conducted to select the best candidates for Primary and Upper Primary Teacher positions.  Tentatively, TNTET Exam Date 2022 will be scheduled on June 2022.  The TNTET admit cards  will be available 10 days before the examination date.

TNTET Notification 2022 Admit Card

The TNTET Admit Card 2022 will be released after the TNTET exam 2022 is over. The TNTET Admit Card will be published on the official website of the TRB Tamil Nadu. The candidates need to download and take a printout of the TNTET Admit Card 2022. They must carry the printout of the TNTET Admit Card on the day of the examination to the examination centre. Without the TNTET Admit Card 2022, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

TNTET Notification 2022 Previous Year Question Paper

The candidates must properly go through the previous year’s question papers to understand the nature of the examination and the type of questions that have previously appeared in the question paper. TNTET 2022 Salary

TNTET is conducted by Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) Tamil Nadu. Candidates must pass the TNTET Exam who is eligible to apply In Tamil Nadu State Govt. School. As per the latest pay commission of the Tamil Nadu Government, the TNTET Teacher Salary Pay Scale is in the range of Rs. 36,400/- to Rs. 1,15,700 (Level-16).
