• Candidates of the D.El.Ed. Exam 2025 must visit the official website https://predeledraj2025.in and log in to the counselling portal using required details like Counselling ID, Roll Number, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth.
• If, after logging in, a candidate sees the Provisional Letter for Reporting indicating institute allotment, they must: Upload the necessary documents (in the specified format), Fill in the required information, Pay the remaining admission fee of ₹13,555 online before the final deadline.
• Candidates must report to the allotted teacher training institute before the last reporting date.
• List of documents to be uploaded after login: Scanned copies of Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, A handwritten declaration (format available on the official website), A recent passport-size photo of the candidate, Valid caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS etc.), if applicable, Valid domicile certificate or special domicile certificate.
• If applicable, upload certificates for any sub-category like Widow, Divorcee, Ex-serviceman, PwD, etc.
• Admission is purely provisional. Final admission will be confirmed only after verification of eligibility and documents during reporting.
• If a candidate fails to report to the allotted institute by the final date, their admission will be cancelled.
• The teacher training institute will confirm admission only after successful verification of all documents.
• If a candidate fails to report or provide original documents for verification, their admission claim will be considered cancelled.
• If any uploaded document is unclear or incorrect, the institute can reject it after verification. In such cases, the candidate must re-upload the correct document by logging into the counselling portal. During reporting, the institute will cross-check all uploaded documents with their originals, and after verification, return the original documents to the candidate.
• If a candidate has received two separate allotments under different counselling IDs (General and Sanskrit/Minority Language), and has done counselling for both, they must choose only one subject/institute for reporting. Once reporting is done for one, the second counselling ID will be automatically cancelled.

• Step 1: Online Registration & Fee Payment (₹3,000): Visit the official BSTC counselling portal (to be notified by the Department of Elementary Education, Rajasthan). Click on “New Registration” and enter your BSTC Roll Number, Date of Birth, and other required details. Generate login credentials (Registration ID & Password). Pay the non-refundable counselling fee of ₹3,000 via: e-Mitra Kiosk/Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI. After successful payment, proceed to choice filling.
• Step 2: Choice Filling & Locking: Log in using your Registration ID and Password. Select preferred Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) from the available options. Arrange choices in order of priority (higher preference first). Save and Lock your choices before the deadline (23rd June 2025). Note: Once locked, choices cannot be modified, so review carefully.
•  Step 3: Seat Allotment (Three Rounds):The first allotment list will be released on 26th June 2025. Check your seat status on the official website by logging in. If allotted a seat, proceed to fee payment and reporting. If not allotted or seeking a better seat, wait for subsequent rounds (2nd & 3rd).
• Step 4: Fee Payment (₹13,555) & Reporting: Selected candidates must pay the admission fee of ₹13,555 online (e-Mitra/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/UPI). After payment, report in person to the allotted institute for document verification.

• Step 5: Document Verification at Allotted Institute:  Carry the original documents + photocopies for verification. The institute will verify documents and confirm admission online.
