- Log in using your exam roll number and registered mobile number.
- Pay the challenge fee per question via net banking, credit/debit card, or SBI challan.
- Note the transaction Reference Number (DU number) generated after payment and log out.
- Wait up to 12 hours for the system to verify your payment status.
- Log back in, enter the DU number, and select the specific questions you wish to dispute.
- Upload supporting documentary evidence to justify your claim.
- Enter your savings bank account details for a possible fee refund.
- Review all entries, click the final submit button, and save the acknowledgement receipt.
