Path A:

• A relaxation of 5% is provided to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy Layer), and Differently-abled categories. This means they need a minimum of 50% marks.

Path B: A Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university/institution that has been ranked among the top 500 in the world by QS, Times Higher Education (THE), or Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) at any time.

• Visit the official Mizoram PSC website: https://mpsc.mizoram.gov.in.
• Navigate to the ‘Advertisement’ section and find Advertisement No.28 of 2025-2026.
• Download the prescribed application form and the self-assessment form from the link provided under the advertisement.
• Pay the required application fee. The fee is Rs. 400 for General candidates and Rs. 200 for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories.
• The fee can be paid at the MPSC Reception Counter or via IPO, Bank Draft, Postal Money Order, or Uncrossed Postal Order drawn in favor of the Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission. Persons with Disabilities are exempted from paying any application fees.
