Kerala TET Selection Process 2026: Written Exam

The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) 2026 will be held to select teachers for Category I (Lower Primary Classes), Category II (Upper Primary Classes), Category III (High School Classes) and Category IV (for Language Teachers – Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu (up to Upper Primary Classes), Specialist Teachers (Art & Crafts) and Physical Education Teachers). The KTET Exam is held for 150 marks for 150 questions and will be done in 2:30 hrs. The details of the KTET Selection Process 2026 written exam have been given below:

Kerala TET Selection Process 2026: Interview

The selection process will be an interview session for KTET Written Exam 2026 qualified candidates. KGEB will release the KTET 2026 result, and the selected candidates will be called for an interview. The selected candidates will be asked subject-related questions in the interview. Candidates have to prepare themselves for the KTET Selection Process Interview session. All the selected candidates will have to come with their scorecard and certificate of KTET 2026 for the interview process. KTET Selection Process 2026: Document Verification

The selection process will be taken in 3 parts i.e. written exam, interview, and document verification. Candidates who clear the written exam, interview process will have to clear the final step, i.e., document verification. Candidates should have certificates of all educational and professional qualifications with them at the document verification process. Candidates who have experience in teaching with their experience certificate will be given priority in DV of KTET Selection Process 2026.
