According to the latest official notice issued under Notice No. 19/2026, candidates can now submit their online application forms for the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) 2026 until 20 June 2026.

The decision was taken after several candidates who had applied for JTET 2024 reported difficulties in completing the JTET 2026 application process due to the unavailability of their registered mobile number and email ID. Considering these requests, the council has decided to provide additional time for candidates to complete their applications.

JTET Selection Process
