• Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Senior Resident candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as per the NMC Gazette Notification dated 30 June 2026.
• Homeopathy Physician candidates must possess a BHMS degree. Preference will be given to candidates with a PG qualification.
• A valid NMC/State Medical Council registration is mandatory for all applicable posts.

How to Apply for ESIC Faculty Recruitment 2026

The steps to apply are simple but differ for both notices, so candidates should read carefully before applying.

• Download and fill the prescribed application form from the official ESIC website.
• Attach self-attested copies of all required educational, experience, and registration certificates.
• Prepare the prescribed Demand Draft (if applicable) in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1”, payable at Mumbai.
• Carry the duly filled application form, Demand Draft, and all original documents for verification.
• Report to the Dean Office, 5th Floor, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM on the scheduled interview date.

ESIC Faculty Application Fees

The application fee for both notices is the same amount, but the mode of payment is different. Women, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates do not need to pay any fee in both notices.

• The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ESI Fund Account No.1”, payable at Mumbai.
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
