These posts are open at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Ranchi (Jharkhand), ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Bibvewadi, Pune (Maharashtra), and ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana (Punjab).

Together, these notifications cover 230 vacancies for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident, Tutor and Medical Officer posts. Ludhiana issued its notice on 31 July 2026, also as a walk-in interview. The ESIC application process differs slightly across the three colleges. Ranchi requires a filled form to reach the office by the last date, while Pune and Ludhiana are conducting walk-in interviews where candidates carry their documents on the interview day itself, though Ludhiana also asks for documents by email in advance for scrutiny. Candidates must fill a separate application for each post and department.

ESIC Faculty Application Fees

The fee structure is the same across all three locations. General category candidates pay Rs. 500, while SC, ST, female, Ex-servicemen and PwD candidates are exempted from the fee. Payment is accepted only through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the respective ESI Fund Account, payable at the concerned city.
