ESIC Faculty Recruitment 2026 Interview Schedule
The college is running this as a weekly rolling advertisement. Interviews for the first batch are held on 6 and 7 October, and any vacancies left after that will be taken up on Wednesday of every week. ESIC Eligibility Criteria
ESIC Eligibility is set mainly by the National Medical Commission (NMC) norms applicable to the post applied for. Candidates should match their qualification and registration status against the table below before applying.

ESIC Faculty Recruitment 2026 Application Process
There is no online application for the teaching faculty and Senior Resident posts. Candidates download the application form from esic.gov.in, fill it in, and bring it along with documents to the walk-in interview. A separate application is needed for each post, and forms in any other format or incomplete forms are rejected.
- Download the Advertisement No. 05/2026 notification and application form from esic.gov.in/recruitments.
- Check the post-wise qualification, experience and age limit.
- Fill in the prescribed application form in capital letters and attach two recent self-attested passport-size photographs.
- Send the filled form to dean-alwar.rj@esic.nic.in, or carry a printed copy.
- Report at ESIC MCH, Desula, MIA, Alwar by 10:30 AM on the interview date with original documents and self-attested copies.
- Pay the application fee at the venue if you are not in an exempted category.
- Appear before the Selection Board.
Super specialists apply for empanelment on the separate Annexure A form, in a sealed envelope addressed to The Dean, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Alwar – 301030, by Speed Post, Registered Post or by hand. Applications that reached the office by 12:00 PM on 30 September 2026 were taken in the first round. Later applications are reviewed every 15 days.
ESIC Faculty Application Fees
The fee structure is the same across all three locations. General category candidates pay Rs. 500, while SC, ST, female, Ex-servicemen and PwD candidates are exempted from the fee. Payment is accepted only through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the respective ESI Fund Account, payable at the concerned city.

ESIC Faculty Age Limit

ESIC Faculty Selection Process
Selection at all four locations is based on academic credentials and performance in an interview conducted by a Selection Board, without any separate written exam. Results are announced on the respective hospital or ESIC website, and the offer of appointment is sent only through email. Selected candidates need to join within the timeline mentioned in their appointment letter.

Candidates should carry original certificates along with self-attested photocopies. The college can cancel the candidature at any stage if false information is found.

ESIC Faculty Salary
ESIC Pay is a consolidated monthly amount, with no other allowances paid on top. Private practice is not allowed during the tenure. Non-medical candidates are not entitled to Non-Practice Allowance (NPA). Adjunct faculty are paid per day, while super specialists are paid a percentage of CGHS rates.
