How to Fill the CTET Application Form 2024?
CTET is a National Level exam for determining the eligibility of candidates for teacher posts. Candidates who want to appear in the CTET Exam can submit the CTET 2024 Application Form by visiting the direct link. Candidates can check below the steps to apply for the CTET 2024 Exam:
- Click on the CTET Online Form 2024 link to get redirected to the official website of CTET (@ctet.nic.in to fill out the Online Application Form for the CTET 2024 Exam.
- If you are a new user, Click on the “New Registration” button to register yourself on the CTET website i.e. @ctet.nic.in. Otherwise, fill in your required details and click on the “SIGN IN” button.
- Fill in all the required credentials: Candidate Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, DOB, etc on the CTET online application form.
- Now choose the Exam Centre and the medium of instruction for the CTET 2024 exam in which you want to attempt the paper (English/Hindi).
- Enter your Aadhar card number/PAN, choose your gender, and category and finally select the status of Employment and also fill in the status of the Qualifying Exam in the CTET Exam Application Form 2023.
- Now fill in your Educational Details: the most recent qualification you hold, your percentage marks etc.
- Fill in your communication address, phone number, and email ID.
- Upload your photo and signature. Both images must be jpg, png, or jpeg format and must have a white background.
- After that, you will be directed to the CTET payment page. The payment can be made for the CTET 2024 Exam through Credit Card/Debit Card/E-Challan.

- Candidates are required to take a printout of the Confirmation Page for record and keep it for their reference. The Confirmation Page is not required to be sent to the CTET Unit.
CTET Photo and Signature Size
Upload your photo and signature in the CTET Exam Application form in the below-mentioned dimensions only. The candidates are advised to keep the scanned images of the latest photograph and signature of the candidates ready in JPG/JPEG format. Uploading of scanned Photos and Signatures is a mandatory process.
The Image Size and Dimension for the Photograph should be between 10 KB and 100 KB and 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height) respectively. The Image Size and Dimension for the Signature should be between 3 KB and 30 KB and 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (height) respectively.

CTET Application Fee 2024
The application fee for the CTET 2024 exam varies depending on the number of papers an applicant chooses to appear for and their category. For candidates opting for only one paper, the fee is set at Rs. 1,000 for General/Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates and Rs. 500 for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Differently Abled Person candidates.
If a candidate decides to take two papers, the application fee increases to Rs. 1,200 for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 600 for SC/ST/Differently Abled Person candidates.
