BPSC TRE 4.0 Mains Exam Pattern 2026
Candidates who qualify for the Preliminary Examination will move to the Mains Examination. The Mains paper will also be objective and will consist of MCQs.
The Mains examination will generally have 150 questions for 150 marks, with a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. A negative marking of 0.33 marks will apply for each incorrect answer.
The Mains structure will differ depending on the teaching level. For Classes 1 to 5, the paper will have two major parts, while candidates applying for Classes 6 and above will have three parts.
