• Register: Visit the DU Recruitment Portal (rec.uod.ac.in) and create your profile.

ARSD Faculty Eligibility Criteria

ARSD Faculty Selection Process

The selection process is merit-based and transparent, involving two main stages:

• Screening & Shortlisting: A Screening Committee evaluates all applications. For the first vacancy, 40 candidates are called; for every additional vacancy, 20 more candidates are invited based on their ranks in the merit list.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear before a Selection Committee. The final merit list is prepared solely on the basis of performance in the interview. There is no written examination for these permanent teaching roles.
