As per sources, the exam is expected to be conducted in June 2024 across 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh TGT and PGT examination dates are eagerly anticipated to be scheduled for June 2024. As per the application for the recruitment process that was concluded in August 2022 for 4,163 TGT/PGT posts, approximately 13.19 lakh applicants are anxiously holding their breath for the Uttar Pradesh  Education Service Selection Commission to announce the confirmed exam dates.

As per media sources, the delay in announcing the examination dates is attributed to the pending appointment of key officials such as the permanent chairman and Controller of Examinations which is expected to be completed after the Lok Sabha elections in June. Once these appointments are finalized, the Commission will announce the dates for the UP TGT PGT examination, providing candidates with a clearer timeline for their preparations.
