The MCC conducts the NEET PG counselling 2024 for 50% of the All India Quota seats in various medical institutions located across the country while the respective state counselling authorities will be conducting counselling for rest 50% of the AIQ seats.

NEET PG Counselling 2024 Process
Those who meet the NEET PG 2024 eligibility criteria, achieving the required minimum percentile, can take part in the counseling process. The NEET PG counseling is carried out for enrollment in 50% of All India Quota seats as well as 100% of seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC, and AFMS. NEET PG Counselling 2024 Schedule
The MCC will soon release the official schedule for the NEET PG 2024 counselling process. It is expected that the NEET PG 2024 counselling will begin in the second week of September 2024. NEET PG 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria
In order to join the counseling for NEET PG 2024, applicants need to achieve a score that is equal to or higher than the qualifying cutoffs set by MCC. Candidates who want to take admission into PG courses through NEET PG counselling must have passed the MBBS exam and completed their 1 year compulsory internship by August 15, 2024.
The NEET PG 2024 qualifying cut off percentile for taking part in the counselling process is 50th percentile for general category candidates, 45th percentile for PwD candidates of general category and 40th percentile for candidates from other categories. The results of NEET PG 2024 will contribute to filling a combined total of 26,699 MD, 13,886 MS, and 922 PG Diploma seats in medical institutions nationwide.
