JEE Mains Exam Pattern 2024- Check JEE Paper Pattern

Together with the official notification, the National Testing Agency also announced the redesigned JEE Mains Exam Pattern 2024. Knowing the JEE Main exam pattern is essential for candidates taking the IIT JEE exam, being held from January 24th to February 1st, 2024.  According to the JEE Mains exam pattern 2024, there will be 90 questions on the test. There are thirty questions on physics, chemistry, and mathematics in the exam.

JEE Mains Exam Pattern 2024[New]

The JEE Main 2024 Exam Pattern can also be seen at jeemain.nta.ac.in. There are no significant changes to the JEE Main 2024 Exam. The JEE Mains 2024 Exam will be administered by the National Testing Agency in two sections: January and April. In addition to the syllabus, candidates should review the JEE Main Exam pattern 2024. There will be a total of 90 questions in the JEE Main Paper 1. The JEE Main test pattern differs for paper 1 and paper 2.

Both shifts and sessions use the same JEE Mains exam pattern. JEE Main 2024 Exam Pattern – Types of Questions

According to the IIT JEE Paper Pattern 2024, each subject in the JEE Main 2024 Exam is separated into two sections – Section A and Section B. JEE Main Exam Format

JEE Main offers two types of papers: Paper-1 for BE/BTech courses and Paper-2, which is separated into Paper-2A for B.Arch and Paper-2B for B.Planning. The Mathematics and Aptitude Test in B. Arch paper is administered through CBT, and the Drawing Test is administered via offline or pen-paper mode on an A4-size drawing sheet. JEE Main Exam Pattern 2024 for Paper 2B

Mathematics, Aptitude Test, and Planning are all part of the B.Planning paper. The JEE Main Paper 2B is only offered in CBT format. The exam lasts three hours in total. JEE Mains Total Questions

The total questions in JEE Mains exam varies for Paper 1 and Paper 2. Within each paper, students are not required to attempt all the questions. There are a total of 90 questions in the JEE Main paper 1 exam of which students must attempt 75 questions in total all (20) from the general MCQs questions and 5 out of 10 from the numerical value questions.
