NEET OMR Sheet 2026 Out, Download Response Sheet PDF & Challenge OMR

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET OMR Sheet 2026 along with the recorded responses for candidates who appeared in the re-examination held on 21 June 2026. Students can now log in to the official website and download their scanned OMR Answer Sheet to verify the responses recorded by NTA.

If a candidate finds any mismatch between the answers marked on the physical OMR sheet and the responses recorded by NTA, they can submit an online challenge within the given deadline after paying the prescribed processing fee. According to the NTA public notice, candidates can access their scanned OMR sheet using their application number, password and OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication. The response challenge window remains open from 13 July to 15 July 2026 (11:00 AM).

What is the NEET OMR Sheet?

The NEET OMR Sheet 2026 is the scanned copy of the answer sheet filled by a candidate during the examination. It contains all the responses marked by the candidate. NTA uploads this scanned image along with the recorded responses so all students can verify whether the answers captured by the OMR scanner match the answers they actually marked during the examination.

To raise an objection, candidates have to pay a processing fee for every response they challenge.
