NEET PG 2024 Exam Date: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has officially announced the revised exam date for the NEET PG exam 2024. As per the revised schedule, the NEET PG 2024 exam will be held on July 7, 2024. Earlier the NEET PG 2024 was scheduled to be held on March 3, 2024. The NEET PG, NEET MDS, FMGE, and other exam tentative dates have also been issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), also called NBE.

As per the latest Notification regarding the NEET PG 2024 exam, the NEET PG exam date has been revised to July 7, 2024, for the academic year 2024. MBBS doctors who will complete their mandatory internships on or before August 15 can apply for the NEET PG 2024 exam. The NEET PG examination is a gateway to pursuing higher education (post-graduate degree) in medicine at some of the most prestigious medical colleges in India. As per the latest official notification, the NEET PG 2024 exam will be conducted on 7th July 2024. NBEMS NEET PG 2024 Exam Date

The NBEMS NEET PG 2024 exam date has been officially announced by NBEMS (National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences). According to the latest announcement by the NBEMS, the NEET PG 2024 exam will now be conducted on July 7, 2024 (on Sunday). The official notice for the NEET PG 2024 exam date has been issued by the NBE. “Candidates are urged to check the actual dates of examinations from the Information Bulletins/ NBEMS website as the dates listed above are entirely tentative and subject to authorizations & proof,” according to the official announcement.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Date Latest News

As per the latest news, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) examination will be held in the first week of July on 7 July 2024. The latest exam date has been announced by the NBE on its official website. The cut off date to determine eligibility to appear for the NEET PG exam is 15 August 2024.

The recently announced “Post-Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023” state that there won’t be a National Exit Test (NEXT) this year. It said that till the proposed National Exit Test (NEXT) is operational for PG admission, the current NEET-PG exam will be administered.

The proposed NEXT exam will take the place of the NEET PG and FMGE exams and serve as a screening test for foreign medical graduates wishing to practice in India, a common qualifying final-year MBBS exam, a license exam to practice modern medicine in the nation, and a merit-based admission exam to postgraduate courses.

NBEMS Exam Calendar 2024

The NBEMS exam calendar for 2024 has been announced. As per the exam calendar, on February 18, 2023, FET 2023 will take place; on February and March 2024, NBEMS Diploma Practical Examination – Dec 2023; on February and March 2024, Foreign Dental Screening Test (MDS Degree and PG Diploma) 2023; and on March and April 2024, FNB Exit Examination 2023.

April 2024 will see the DNB/DrNB Final Theory Examinations on April 24, 25, 26, and 27. The Formative Assessment Test 2023 will take place on June 9, 2024, the DNB-Post Diploma CET 2024 on May 19, 2024, and the NBEMS Diploma Final Examination – June 2024 on June 13, 14, and 15, 2024. NEET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification – To be eligible for NEET PG 2024, one must have a qualified MBBS degree or a Provisional MBBS pass certificate from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
2. Internship: Only those who complete the one-year mandatory rotator internship by August 2024 will be eligible to take the exam the following year.
3. NEET PG attempt limit – NBE has set no limit on the number of attempts permitted for NEET PG.
4. Certificate: A valid registration certificate given by the Medical Council of India (MCI), NMC, or any State Medical Council (SMC) is also required.

Eligibility for Foreign Medical Graduates

• Nationality: Eligible candidates will be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).
• Registration Certificate: After receiving the FMGE Pass Certificate, all foreign medical graduates have to register with the MCI/ SMC. To confirm their eligibility, such candidates must submit a copy of their Registration Certificate.
• Internship: To be eligible, all foreign medical graduates must finish their internship by August 11th, 2024.
• FMGE Pass Certificate: Candidates who want to take the NEET PG and have completed their primary medical education outside of India must first pass the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE).

Check the instruction below before Uploading a scanned image of your photograph, signature, and left thumb impression.

1. A photograph of the candidate that is at least 35 mm x 45 mm in size and has at least 75% coverage of the candidate’s face and head.
2. The photo needs to be free of lines, staining, and cracks.
3. At the bottom of the photo, there is a caption with the aspirant’s name and the date of the photograph.
