The candidates must go through the WB Primary TET Eligibility Criteria to ensure they are eligible for the exam. • 12th pass with minimum 50% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

OR

• 12th pass with minimum of 45% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of 2-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)

OR

• 12th pass with minimum 50% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) (Special Education), a course recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India shall be considered.

• Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years B.Ed

The WBBPE has added a new point to the existing West Bengal Primary TET Eligibility Criteria 2022 mentioned above. • Candidates who have enrolled for the 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ 4 Year Elementary Education  (B.El.Ed)/ 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognised by RCI/ Bachelor of Education Education (B.Ed) recognised by NCTE will also be eligible for the WB Primary TET Exam 2022.
