The Allahabad High Court has asked the Uttar Pradesh Government to respond to the Plea challenging the UPTET Result 2021. Six candidates who appeared in the UPTET Exam 2021 have filed a petition challenging the authenticity and genuineness of the UPTET Exam Paper 2021. According to the petitioners, the UPTET Exam Paper 2021 was a replica of UPTET Exam Paper 2017. In other words, the majority of the questions that appeared in the UPTET Exam 2021 were repeat questions from UPTET Exam Paper 2017. Moreover, the petitioners claim that many questions had wrong answers.

The petitioners are asking to cancel the UPTET Result 2021. They seek a revision of the UPTET Results, where they will get grace marks for the wrong questions. Moreover, they are asking the Courts to look into the matter by forming a High-Level Expert Committee while postponing the recruitment exams. As Super TET Exam is expected very soon, the candidates ask the Court to postpone the Super TET Exam as well.

The Court will review the matter and the authenticity of the claim. As the Court requires consideration on the matter, the next date for the Court Case has been scheduled for 25th May 2021. Meanwhile, the UP Government will have to produce an adequate answer as their official response to the matter.

The Allahabad High Court opines that the matter needs consideration. Moreover, the Courts clarified that further recruitment processes will be subject to the final outcome of this case.

The UPTET Exam 2021 was held on 23rd January 2022. The UPTET Exam 2021 was conducted to test the eligibility of the candidates who wish to apply for teaching jobs across Uttar Pradesh. The UPTET Exam 2021 was conducted for Paper-I (Primary Level- Classes 1 to 5) and Paper-II (Upper Primary Level- Classes 6 to 8). More than 18 lakh candidates had appeared in the exam and now the future of these candidates highly depends on the verdict of the Court.
