UGC NET Computer Science Paper Exam Analysis 2023:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently started conducting the UGC NET Exam 2023 for the June Cycle, which is scheduled to run from 13th June 2023 to 22nd June 2023. The UGC NET examination is being held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and is divided into two shifts. The first shift takes place from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second shift is scheduled from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

Today, on 17th June 2023, the UGC NET Computer Science Paper will be conducted during the morning shift. Once the examination is completed, we will provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the UGC NET Political Science Paper. The UGC NET Computer Science Paper 2023 is being held in two shifts of 3 hours without any break. Thus the candidates will have to attempt the question paper in one go. The shift timing and other information are explained in the following table:

UGC NET Computer Science Exam Pattern

The UGC NET Computer Science Exam 2023 is conducted in an online format known as Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam is divided into two sections: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 consists of 50 questions, while Paper 2 consists of 100 questions. The UGC NET exam pattern includes two papers, namely Paper-I and Paper-II. The exam pattern is explained in detail in the following table:

  • Total Questions – 150
  • Total Marks – 300
  • Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions
  • The candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking.
