KARTET Eligibility Criteria 2025

KARTET Qualification for Primary Teachers (Classes 1 to 5)

• OR PUC / Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
• OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

KARTET Qualification for Upper Primary Teachers (Classes 6 to 8)

• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
• OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

KARTET Exam Date 2025

The KARTET 2025 Exam will be conducted offline (OMR-based) on 7 December 2025 (Sunday).
