Validity Of Karnataka TET 2022
The Validity of the Karnataka TET 2022 qualifying certificate will be for seven years from the date of declaration of its results.
KARTET Qualifying Marks
- A person who scores 60% or more in the Karnataka TET examination will be considered ‘Karnataka TET passed’ or ‘Karnataka TET qualified’. These will be the qualifying marks for all categories
- For General:60 % or passing marks- 90
- For OBC/SC/ST : 55% passing marks- 82
- Negative Marks: There shall be no negative marks for the Karnataka TET 2022
Karnataka TET 2022: Exam Pattern
There will be two papers on KARTET.
- Paper -I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII
- Total Marks: 150 (For Each Paper)
- Total Question:150 (For Each Paper)
- Total Time: 2 hr 30 min(For Each Paper)
- Negative Marking: No
- Medium of question paper: English, Kannada, Urdu, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi.
Note: A person who intends to teach for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).
