Steps to Fill the DESGPC Application Form 2025
The Directorate of Education, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (DESGPC) has released an online application form for 315 Adhoc Assistant Professor and Lecturer posts (Advt. No. 369/25). Eligible candidates seeking teaching positions in Punjab must submit their applications till 1 May 2025. Candidate are advised to follow the below steps to fill the DESGPC Application Form 2025.
- Step 1: Go to the DESGPC official website or click on the provided apply link.
- Step 2: If you are a new user, click on “New Registration” and provide basic details like: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID and Date of Birth. After registration, you may receive a verification link/OTP on your email/mobile. Verify your account to proceed.
- Step 3: Use your registered email/mobile number and password to log in.
- Step 4: Fill in the Application Form. Carefully enter all required details, including: Personal Information, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience and Contact Details
- Step 5: Scan and upload the following documents in the prescribed format (JPEG/PDF) and size limit: Passport-size Photograph, Signature and more
- Step 6: Pay the Application Fee. The application fee is Rs. 500/- (non-refundable). Payment can be made online only through: Debit Card / Credit Card/Net Banking. After successful payment, save the receipt for future reference.
- Step 7: Review & Submit the Form. Preview the entire application before final submission. Click on “Submit” to complete the process.
- Step 8: After submission, download and print a copy of the application form & payment receipt.
DESGPC Assistant Professor Eligibility Criteria 2025
- For Assistant Professors: Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their Graduation and a minimum of 55% marks in their Post-Graduation to be eligible. Those who are awaiting the final results of their Post-Graduation are not eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified UGC NET or hold a Ph.D. degree.
- For Collegiate Schools: Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in their Post-Graduation in the relevant subject, along with at least 50% marks in B.Ed.
- Additionally, candidates must have passed Punjabi at the Matriculation level.
