CSIR NET Notification: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification regarding CSIR UGC NET- June 2021.ll the candidates can  fill their CSIR UGC NET- June 2021 online application form From 3rd December 2021 to 2nd January 2022. The NTA or National Testing Agency has announced the exam date for the forthcoming CSIR NET Exam 2021 through their official Twitter handle. The Council of Science and Industrial Research Nationals Eligibility Test or CSIR NET Exam will be start on 29th January 2022. CSIR UGC NET Notification 2021

The CSIR UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year to determine the eligibility of the candidates appearing for the post of Assistant Professor. The Candidates qualifying for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) will be awarded a stipend and other benefits while pursuing their PhD course.

The candidates who will qualify for the exam will become eligible to apply for Ph.D. and/or post of Assistant Professor in various Universities and colleges in India. The mode of examination is online i.e. the eligibility test will be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT) only.

CSIR NET Notification: Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria to appear in the CSIR NET exam for the candidates is mentioned below:

  • General and OBC category candidates should have a degree in BTech/ BE/ BPharma/ MBBS/ BS (4-year course)/ Integrated BS-MS/ MSc with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • For the SC/ ST/ PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 5%.

CSIR UGC NET Notification: Age limit

  • To apply for JRF, candidates must be at least 28 years old.
