CSIR NET 2025 Result Highlights

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the final results for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination for June 2025 on Thursday, 4th September 2025. The examination, successfully administered by the NTA on 28th July 2025 (Monday) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, was conducted across 218 cities nationwide. A total of 1,95,241 candidates registered for the test, with 1,47,732 (75.7%) ultimately appearing for it. Candidates have been declared successful based on their performance and subject to the fulfillment of all notified eligibility criteria. These successful candidates are now eligible for:

Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
Appointment as Assistant Professor
Admission to Ph.D. programs
