How to Check Assam TET Result 2025?
If you’ve taken the test, here’s how you can check your result:
- Go to the official website madhyamik.assam.gov.in
- Scroll to the Important Web Links section
- Click on the Assam TET Result 2025 link
- Enter your Application Number or Username and Password
- Click on the Login button
- Your result and marksheet (or DV admit card) will appear
- Download and save it for future reference
What Happens Next After the Result?
Candidates selected for Document Verification (DV) must download their admit card for the DV, where their total marks, including weightage marks, are clearly mentioned. They must appear at the designated venue on the mentioned date and time with all required documents. Other candidates can download their Marksheet, which also includes the total and weightage marks.
Note: If your name is not on the first merit list, don’t lose hope. If seats remain vacant, two more merit lists will be released. There will be subject-wise merit lists for PGT posts.
Assam GT/PGT Merit List Preparation
The DSE will prepare the merit list as follows:
- Ratio: The number of qualified candidates is in a 1:1 ratio with the total vacancies.
- Merit List Rounds: If any seats remain vacant, up to 2 more merit lists will be published.
- Subject-Wise Merit Lists: Separate lists will be published for each subject in the PGT category.
- Selection Criteria: Marks from the TET cum Recruitment Test will be filtered by subject and ranked accordingly.
