Candidates who cleared the written exam can now download their call letters through the official website, apdsc.apcfss.in. The certificate verification process begins on 28 August 2025, at designated district centres. This marks a crucial step in the recruitment journey, as only candidates with verified documents will move forward in the selection process.

How to Download AP DSC Call Letter 2025?

Follow these steps to access your call letter:

• Visit the official AP DSC website: https://cse.ap.gov.in/dsc/
• Go to the Candidate Login section.
• Enter your registration number and password.
• Download the AP DSC 2025 Call Letter and merit list.
• Print multiple copies for future use.

List of Original Documents Required for AP Mega DSC 2025:

Candidates applying for AP Mega DSC–2025 must carry original certificates like the application printout, educational and professional qualifications, TET/CTET scorecard, and study/residence certificates.

• Printout of the Online Application Form of Mega DSC–2025.
• SSC / 10th Class Certificate (or equivalent).
• Intermediate / 12th Class Certificate (or equivalent).
• Educational Qualification Certificates – Degree or Post-Graduation (as required for the post).
• Professional Qualification Certificates – like D.Ed., B.Ed., Spl. D.Ed., Spl. B.Ed., UGDPE, B.P.Ed., etc.
• TET/CTET Marks Memo or Score Card (Original).
• Study Certificates from Class 4 to 10 (for seven years).

  • If studied privately, submit a Residence Certificate for 7 years before SSC.

  • Candidates who moved from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between 2nd June 2014 and 1st June 2024 must submit a Local Status Certificate from the competent authority.

• Integrated Community Certificate (for BC-A/B/C/D/E, SC, or ST candidates) issued by the Tahsildar.
• EWS Certificate (if claiming reservation under the EWS category) issued by the Tahsildar.
• PH Certificate (if applicable) issued by a Referral Hospital.
• RCI Registration Certificate (if applying for special education posts).
• Ex-Servicemen Certificate – Service Certificate from a competent authority in the Defence Department, if applying under that quota.
• Experience Certificate – Required only for Principal posts, as per notification guidelines.

Instructions for Certificate Verification

1. Reservation Rules
   Reservations for Women, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PBD), Meritorious Sports Persons, and Ex-Servicemen will be applied as per current government rules and orders.
2. Purpose of This Letter
   This letter is only to verify the information you submitted in your online application. Being called for verification doesn’t mean you’re selected. Final selection depends on meeting all eligibility conditions.
3. Mandatory Document Submission
   You must bring all original certificates on the day of verification. If you fail to attend or don’t bring the required documents, your application will be rejected.
4. Upload Before Verification
   Upload all required certificates to your MEGA DSC-2025 login before going to the certificate verification venue.
5. What to Bring
   • All original certificates have been uploaded to your application
   • Three sets of photocopies of those certificates, attested by a Gazetted Officer
   • Five recent passport-size photos (same as the one uploaded online)

Key Steps After Downloading the Call Letter

The call letter is not just an entry pass but a guide for the next phase. Candidates must complete the following mandatory actions:

• Upload Scanned Documents: Log in and upload required certificates such as educational documents, ID proof, and others specified.
• Reserved Category Documents: Candidates under SC, ST, OBC, or EWS categories must upload valid caste and income certificates.
• Attested Photocopies: Get all photocopies of documents attested by a Gazetted Officer. These must be carried to the verification centre.
• Photographs: Bring at least five recent passport-size photos.

Certificate Verification Process Starts August 28

The physical verification process will start from August 28, 2025, across various district centres. Each candidate’s venue, date, and time slot will be clearly mentioned on their call letter.
