ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟੈਨੋ ਟਾਈਪਿਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਕੇਲ ਸਟੈਨੋਗ੍ਰਾਫਰ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਈ ਪੜਾਅਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਪੜਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।

For Senior Scale Stenographer:

• Dictation Speed: 100 w.p.m. (words per minute)
• Dictation Duration: 5 minutes
• Transcription Speed: 20 w.p.m. (on computer)
• Maximum Mistakes Allowed: 3%

For Steno Typist:

• Dictation Speed: 80 w.p.m. (words per minute)
• Dictation Duration: 5 minutes
• Transcription Speed: 20 w.p.m. (on computer)
• Maximum Mistakes Allowed:  4%

Final Merit based only on Shorthand Test performance and Spreadsheet Test must be passed– otherwise disqualified. Both tests may be conducted on the same day.
