Education Department Active for Bihar STET

• STET to Be Held Before BPSC TRE 4.0 – The Bihar government has been urged to conduct the STET exam before the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) 4.0 to ensure candidates from the 2023-25 B.Ed batch get a fair opportunity.
• Reservation Policy Update – The 35% women’s reservation in teacher recruitment will now apply only to Bihar-domiciled female candidates. Women from other states will no longer be eligible for this benefit.
